Host five major and five minor network meetings, featuring talks, tutorials, and career development sessions.
Focus meetings on cutting-edge research, industry needs, and controversial themes to stimulate lively debate.
Organise three Winter Schools to train up to 300 researchers, including PhDs, postdocs, industry, and policymakers.
Produce educational videos and outreach materials to inform the public about neuromorphic hardware and AI.
Fund 20 summer internships for undergraduates at different institutions to foster talent and encourage PhD recruitment.
Vet and select projects for students, ensuring diverse participation and impactful experiences.
Develop and maintain a specialised NeuMat website as a central hub for events, resources, and registration.
Actively manage social media channels and newsletters to reach the UK research community and promote opportunities.
Publish a roadmap and a five-page report summarising key challenges and successes in neuromorphic hardware.
Plan and document a follow-on network to ensure continuity and future growth.
